- Orders are accepted by e-mail or telephone. Please quote 'Inklings 4' when ordering. When telephoning do leave a message with a number so we can contact you (24 hours). We accept orders via Fax (credit card numbers too) and these are only viewed by us. Postage, packing and insurance extra. Payment can be made by cheque in GBPounds to 'Rosley Books'. We accept credit and debit cards. Books may be returned by arrangement within ten days if the description is faulty.
- Payment should be made on receipt of books. We do rely on prompt payment. New customers will be sent an invoice first.
- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, and MAESTRO. Payment may also be made by US$check by special arrangement.
- PayPal: Details on request. Please do not submit any payment until order confirmation has been given.
- Postage will be charged extra at home and abroad. No charge is made for handling or packaging. For considerations of time and safety books will be sent air-mail.
- Return of Goods may be made promptly by reason of serious fault in description.
- We buy second-hand books. Please let us know if you are selling.
